Home Refinancing Mortgage is a site devoted to providing relevant information to users regarding purchasing a home and managing your finances.

The financial crisis of 2007 (and ongoing) has shown a dire need for home owners to have access to basic mortgage, credit, and budget information. Much of the crisis facing honest and hard working middle-class American home owners could have and should have been avoided if they simply had access to unbiased information and advice regarding their purchasing habits.

It’s never too late to start learning!

I am sure there is someone who would be filoosh enough to lend you money and put a lien on your house, but they will make you pay. You should make an attempt to clean up your credit before putting in your loan application. My husband and I are in the middle of purchasing our first house, we don’t have bad credit, but there were a couple of things on our credit report that we needed to take care of. You’d be surprised what you could do by making some phone calls. Take care of that situation and it will be easier to convince a reputable lender to give you money as opposed to someone who will rip you off. Good Luck.
